The now classic Tripe and Strozzaprete Festival of Monte Colombo opens its doors.

A festival that has also become a not-to-be-missed appointment to taste tripe cooked with maniacal care by the local azdore, following ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation, handmade strozzapreti, piadina with sausage, ham or stracchino cheese, fries, and much more!
What began as a simple village food festival is now also accompanied by lots of music!
